Process and Requirements

Employers must be registered and operating within Malaysia, have a valid quota approval for foreign workers, and commit to complying with Malaysian employment laws.


Employers must apply through the Malaysian Ministry of Home Affairs or the relevant government agency responsible for foreign worker quotas.


Required documents include a company profile, proof of quota approval, and job descriptions for available positions.
